Data without unnecessary retyping
TruckManager integrations
Connect transport jobs with data you already have in other systems. TruckManager works with vehicle GPS data, refuelling imports, offers posted to freight exchanges and data exports for further processing.
GPS provider → TruckManager
GPS and fleet management
Vehicle locations and movement history help track transport progress. For a vehicle with an active GPS connection, actual route data and mileage can be added to the job.
- Uses: vehicles on a map, trip history and comparison with the planned job.
- Requirement: an active supported connection and the correct vehicle assignment.
- Before activation, we check: your provider, available data fields and access permissions.
You can also find an overview of GPS systems on the home page. A provider's inclusion does not mean that all of its interfaces supply the same data.
Fuel card → TruckManager
Refuelling and fuel cards
TruckManager supports automatic refuelling imports from DKV Mobility, Eurowag and Shell Card. Manual records and file-based refuelling imports are also available.
- Data: refuelling records for record-keeping and fuel analysis; field availability depends on the source.
- Uses: consumption checks, comparison with the standard consumption rate and refuelling reports by vehicle.
- Requirement: activation of the relevant import and correct assignment of records to vehicles.
Full-tank refuelling at the start and end of the period is important for consumption analysis. Incomplete records can distort the result.
TruckManager → freight exchange
Freight databases and exchanges
From the job list, the offer action lets you post a load for subcontractors, for example to actively connected TIMOCOM, Trans.eu and RAAL exchanges.
- Data: an offer based on the transport job.
- Uses: finding a carrier without re-entering the entire job in a separate system.
- Requirement: an active integration for the specific exchange and the appropriate access.
Posting an offer does not guarantee that you will find a carrier. We will check which portals your account can use and which details you need to complete.
TruckManager → accounting data
Accounting and banking files
TruckManager provides exports for further processing. The website lists accounting connections including Pohoda, Money, DUEL, KROS and SunSoft; the specific version and format need to be checked.
- Documents: invoice exports to XLS and ISDOC 6.0.1 electronic invoices.
- Bank → TruckManager: GPC bank statement imports.
- TruckManager → bank: payment order exports in SEPA XML format.
A file export is not automatic two-way synchronisation. Before deployment, we will test a sample document and your accountant's requirements.
